Section 12, Return Policy
A) Company offers a 30-day return policy on some products sold but not all, therefore it is important to review Company policy and manufacturer restrictions that may apply to certain merchandise and may change between purchase events. Company will always attempt to detail the specific Company and Manufacturer return policies on all individual purchase events. Detailed Manufacturer policy can be provided on request. Products that Company has verified qualify for returns within 30 days: Mounts, Cases, and Tablets.
B) Return Restrictions
i. Non-Defective Product Return. Customer may return most non-defective products directly to Company within thirty (30) days of invoice date and receive full credit except that an automatic restocking charge will reduce the value of any such credit by twenty percent (20%).
ii. Defective Product Returns. Customer retains all manufacturer warranties, however, Company will assist in processing the exchange or credit for defective products.
C) Customer Shipment of Returned Merchandise
i. Customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to shipping any returns to Company. Customer must also provide to Company: customer name, applicable invoice number, product serial number, and details of issue with product. Customer has five (5) days to return a Product after the applicable RMA Number is issued. Company reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that involve Products that are unaccompanied by a valid RMA or those that occur after the five (5) day period.
ii. Returned Products Must Be Complete.
All products must be returned one hundred percent (100%) complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by manufacturer. Company reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products.
